Kovula Twin/Double Room

A large, airy room built to stay cool — designed to draw air through naturally, with air conditioning available for the warmer evenings. Kovula has two singles with ten-inch natural latex mattress, feather pillows and light cotton sheets which convert simply and comfortably into a King-sized double should you prefer — a room that works equally well for two friends, siblings, or a couple who would rather decide on arrival. The beds are dressed with a traditional mosquito net that's as much a part of the room's character as anything else. Built-in wardrobes with clothes hangers, a desk, a fridge, a safe, and tea and coffee making facilities are all provided as standard. The open-air en-suite bathroom is fully private: a large shower area, a freestanding bathtub set beneath the sky, twin sinks and a toilet. Bathing here feels like another part of the garden rather than a separate, sealed-off room. Handloom cotton bathrobes are provided. Step outside onto your own private terrace — a fan overhead, a table and chairs, and the kind of quiet that's hard to find. A few steps further, the sunloungers wait at the poolside, where the L-shaped pool wraps around two sides of the villa with direct access from your terrace.
